Announcements:
- Christin is married! That's right, she has officially tied the knot with James Anderson. They still plan on having a September wedding up here in Arkansas, but they were married early to sort through all of the complicated paperwork.
- Trent is on his way back to Alaska! Praise God for his safety thus far and pray for a safe remainder of the journey.
Praise Reports:
- Byron fell and bruised his arm and hip and scraped his face up badly on the carpet, but he wasn't hurt too terribly and is recovering.
Prayer Requests:
- Remember Mary Williams and her family as they cope with the loss of Mary's great-grandson. Her granddaughter especially needs our prayers.
- We prayed for Pam, that she would have a positive mental attitude, and great physical improvement.
- Keep our police force in your minds and in your prayers! They need our encouragement and support.
- Pray for Vanessa's daughter, that the Lord would open her heart to Him.
- Have faith and request that God would send the perfect person to live in the Bristol's old home.
- Pray that Ken's mother would be comforted and move on into a better, brighter life after the death of her husband.
- Remember Elaine, having recently undergone an intense facial treatment.
- Keep our community in your prayers.
- Pray that God will give Roy and Shelley wisdom as they attempt to buy their dream home in Little Flock.
- We gave Harvey and Carolyn Lopez to the Lord in faith, that His Will be done in their lives.
Cleanup Crew:
- Next Sunday, July 18, we will have Dwayne, Vivian, Greg, David, and Shirley on kitchen duty.
Last week we looked at great people of faith in the gospels, like the Roman centurion and the Samaritan woman. Where did they get their faith? Look at Romans 10:17. Faith is hearing. They heard that Jesus could heal, and reached out to him for healing in faith. This is why we need to give our testimony and spread the Word of God, that others would hear us and come to Him. Philemon 1:4-6 What do we have in Jesus? We need to listen to what will strengthen our faith.
James 1:2-4, 1 Peter 1:3-7
Living by faith may mean that we never see the things we hope for come to pass in this life, like Abraham. In the end, faith always comes down to our hope for the future.
God bless till we meet again next week!

Abby, Thank you for creating this blog. Please put Cameron on the prayer list as he is in St. Louis that he will be protected, be a big help to his grandfather, and that he will be a shining light of Jesus' love to all who he comes in contact with.
